Payment & Delivery Policy
1. Payment Methods |
Currently, the Hafelehome E-commerce Website only supports Paypal payment methods. PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances. No cash on delivery or upon confirmation is accepted. Online ordering is processed successfully with the receipt of automatic order notification email which is sent to the provided email address, with a summary of order information and order number. The buyer will use this code to track the order status, or change the information, or cancel the order later. Upon receive of the order, if there are no changes made to the order, our Showroom Sales will call you within 1-2 business working days to confirm the delivery arrangement. If there is any change from the seller, for example, if the products are out-of-stock, the buyer will receive an email notice from Hafele Showroom Sales. In order for the order request to be processed quickly, the buyer is liable to provide correct and complete information regarding the delivery, or terms of conditions of the promotion (if any) that the buyer is expecting and participating. |
