GENERAL REGULATIONS OF APPLICATION OF PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
We set the best promotion rate as the basic rule for automatically applying discount codes on the e-commerce platform. It means that when a product meets the conditions of the promotion or discount code, the highest discount rate will be automatically selected for your order.
Promotions are not applied at the same time for a product/ an order, so you can only select one of the following cases:
- Using your own discount code and not applying automatically in the promotion.
- Applying an automatic discount in the promotion only.
- Splitting your order to apply different promotions.

- FREE DELIVERY
General notes on using FREE DELIVERY:
- You can only enjoy free delivery for online purchases from Hafelehome.com.my.
- Not able to combine with any add-on products from offline or in-store purchases.
- The validity of the promotion is based on the promotional period and subject to changes.
- Upon check-out, you could see that your shipping fee is automatically noted as ‘zero’ or ‘free shipping’. If you see otherwise, it means that the discount code has expired or your order is not eligible for applying the discount code. - Delivery options will subject to agreed arrangement with our Hafele Sales persons. Any changes to the delivery schedule have to make at least 1 day before the scheduled delivery date/ time. Hafele reserves the rights to decline any express delivery request and propose the next available delivery date.

General notes on using DISCOUNT CODES:
- You can only use one discount code per order.
- The validity of the discount code is based on the promotional period.

- Any order created basing on system misleading, incorrect or false information for applying the Discount Code will be cancelled without prior notice.
- In the event that an error from the system or the customer's browser makes the discount code to be used in a manner contrary to the informed Promotion Program's Terms of Application, the order will be considered as invalid. The Customer Service Staff will notify and instruct you to make a new order.
