1. The purpose and scope of the data collection

Members have the right to check, update, edit or cancel their personal information by logging into the account.
Members have the right to file a complaint about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the management of the Häfelehome e-commerce Website. Upon receipt of this feedback, Häfele Malaysia will investigate and confirm the information, provide explanation and advise appropriate procedures with regard to customer’s personal information.
6. Security safeguards

Customer’s personal information on the Häfelehome eCommerce site is guaranteed by Häfele Malaysia in accordance with Häfele Malaysia's privacy policy. The collection and use of information by each member shall be made only with the consent of the customer, except where otherwise provided for by law.

  • In the event of a hacker attack that results in loss of personal data, Häfele Malaysia will be responsible for reporting the case to the investigating authorities for timely processing and notification as well as informing the affected members.
  • Management of Häfelehome eCommerce websites requires individuals to register / purchase as a member, providing complete personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, telephone number, account number, payment card number, etc., and be responsible for the legality of such information.
